sturdy, cheap and ugly
Terrible fabric. Very stiff, very cheap, no case, and I can't imagine it ever touching skin. I can't think of a single use for it. It would be terrible on clothes. Looks like Halloween costume stuff. Also, my monitor has less blue than the photo, more of a dull grey-blue than the deep dark blue of the screen. If it were bluer I might be able to make decorative bows, but everything about it is ugly. I wrote the same about the dark turquoise fabric of this type.
