We bought Teoshi for Dorothy's costume. I followed the size chart and chose 11 as my daughter had just started wearing them and they were too small. So I went up two sizes based on the size chart as there was only a 1/2 inch difference and they were HUGE! On the fourth try we finally succeeded. Thanks for the free return! Nice product.
