Review on GTT Managed Services by Paul Bijeaux

I like that we have all our servers backed by an expert team who are always available for us when needed - even if its not working hours! We can rely completely upon their knowledge base which is constantly being updated so there's never any need to worry about things going wrong or outages etc.

The only thing i dislike slightly (and it probably isn't much) but you do get used to them over time! Just be prepared with your questions as they dont tend to answer everything right away especially during busy times when people may want more details/answers than just "it works" :) Its great having someone else deal with my server backups rather then me doing this myself each day!
