I like that it can be used in many different ways. It's easy enough for even non techies to use. You have so much control over your system. Also, you don't need someone else to help with updates or upgrades as they are done automatically without needing any intervention on your part. The best part is that they have their own dedicated team which can handle any issue related with our products easily without having us calling them over phone or emailing for help as we are in remote location so it's very helpful.
