I like that it can be used in many different ways. It's easy enough for even non techies to use. You have so much control over your system. Also, you don't need someone else to help with updates or upgrades as they are done automatically without needing any intervention on your part. There isn't anything really bad about this product other than if you do not know how to set something up correctly, it could take some time to get everything just right. If you're looking for an inexpensive way to keep track of all of your systems and data then this is perfect! We've been able to see what our employees accesses most often and which ones are being accessed less frequently. This has helped us understand who needs more training and who doesn't need too much training before moving into certain areas.
