Great Implementation Partner for an IT firm

GSI has been very helpful through the entire process of Oracle JD Edwards implementation. They have done a great job at understanding our business needs, and ensuring that our implementation was perfectly suited to our needs. The team works well together, and has been a great resource. Great for managing projects, but complicated as far

The team at GetGsi has been very responsive to our needs. They are always eager to give feedback so you can improve your queries or get answers ASAP. We have used them mainly with regards to project management and data analytics. I haven't found anything that we dislike. Just be prepared because this is not going to be a simple process! You will need people who know what they are doing so hiring someone like Getgsi might not end well if their expertise doesn't match up with yours. Project…

The ability to customize our solution and have it fit into their system was very helpful as well as getting training from them. I think that they could improve communication between clients and providers. They do not always keep us up-to date with changes or what is coming out next. Not much but just be sure you are comfortable working together and understand your needs before signing off on any contracts! Great customer service, knowledge base and excellent technical staff

The team is very knowledgeable about their product which makes them easy to work with. They are quick at getting responses back from questions that I have asked or things they think need improvement. We were using this software as our ERP system but it was not able to support all aspects of what we needed so we switched over to Sage 50 when its replacement came out last year.
