The ability to customize our solution and have it fit into their system was very helpful as well as getting training from them. I think that they could improve communication between clients and providers. They do not always keep us up-to date with changes or what is coming out next. Not much but just be sure you are comfortable working together and understand your needs before signing off on any contracts! We needed assistance with implementing new systems within our organization. This allowed us to streamline processes leading to more efficient results.
