Good platform with several modules that is easily configurable. It's good to be able to create different profiles with different clients. As a client myself, I didn't have much to dislike while working with phoenixNAP. Good solution for the needs of the organization. Easy to configure and deploy. The ease of use for our team to create an account was great! We are able get up quickly without having any issues or learning new software which made it super easy from day one as we had very little experience using this product prior (we do have some background but nothing major). I wish there were more options within their dashboard that could be used outside just creating accounts/sites like adding domains etc.- This has been solved by third party tools now though so not much issue anymore -

I like the dashboard feature where you can see what devices are connected to your network. I haven't used it yet but i'm sure its great! It has worked wonderfully for us to keep track of our employees time off as well as their attendance at work. I really enjoy using it when we have employee problems or other issues that require them to be out of the office or otherwise not present.
