We have been using NAPP for nearly two years now to host our SharePoint server farm as well Office 365 mailboxes that are used by team members who work from home or remote offices across multiple locations throughout Canada (Saskatchewan area). The support staff at Phoenix has always responded quickly whenever we've had an issue via phone call/email etc. They're also very knowledgeable about their product offering which works out great when there may be some issues during implementation! It would make sense if they offered free trial accounts prior so you could test it yourself before committing fully but this isn't something I'd say was lacking overall - just minor nitpick since any business should want what’s best regardless of price point!! Hosting email services remotely without having physical office space available can sometimes prove challenging depending upon your specific needs however working collaboratively within.
