Great customer service and dedication

The best part about our relationship with Digi is that they are very responsive to any questions we have along their process from beginning till end! They take great care in making sure you understand what your options really entail before signing up for anything or committing money towards something without knowing all benefits involved beforehand (which I do not think many companies will offer). We were looking into some cloud backup solution but did NOT feel like it was worth paying so much

Great Service - Highly Recommend: Managed Service Providers

The best thing about this service is that it has many options to choose from for different budgets; you can get an affordable option with great results or go all in if your budget allows! I would say most people should stick around their first year because there are some things they may not know how to do yet but will learn along time after getting used too them through training (this was my experience). If someone doesn't want any risk then try out other providers like CenturyLink's business…

  • A lot less headaches without having much downtime which really helps keep money rolling while saving hours spent working during off peak times, as well as security updates being done automatically making troubleshooting more efficient since we already have remote support setup instead trying hard figure solutions ourselves

Affordable Solution for our Small Business Needs fits within my budget

I was able to find an affordable solution for our small business needs that fit within my budget constraints! The product is very easy use with no training needed at all once you open it up (which can be confusing if your not familiar) It allows me control every aspect from email filtering through antivirus protection right down loading files into memory cards etc.. As long ago they stopped supporting older versions which we were depending upon but there are other options out their now so just…

Great Customer Service & Excellent Products

MSP has been very helpful for our business in that they are able to provide us with excellent customer service when we need it most! They have helped me solve problems I was having regarding my email accounts being hacked by hackers trying to get into them using phishing emails. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond what you would expect from an average tech person who helps people out every day. There isn't much about this product or their other products that could be improved…
