The best thing about this service is that it has many options to choose from for different budgets; you can get an affordable option with great results or go all in if your budget allows! I would say most people should stick around their first year because there are some things they may not know how to do yet but will learn along time after getting used too them through training (this was my experience). If someone doesn't want any risk then try out other providers like CenturyLink's business class internet before committing 100% into one provider otherwise don’t be so quick thinking everything works fine at once when signing up!!
