I would not say anything bad at all because everything has been perfect so far with MSP Services!! There's nothing much for me dislike since it works great without any problems or issues whatsoever but if something comes up then i can contact my consultant regarding same via chat window available within website itself. We use Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus suite including Excel 2016 along with SharePoint Online (Office365) platform where we manage our client leads using CRM software called Salesforce Marketing cloud (SalesForce).
