The best part is that they have their own dedicated team which can handle any issue related with our products easily without having us calling them over phone or emailing for help as we are in remote location so it's very helpful. Also there was no downtime due to server issues during my tenure but i guess this could be because of some other factors too like internet connection etc., I would say its one stop solution provider who will solve all your problems regarding servers management/support if you need anything specific then just let me know about what exactly do u require & how much time should take. We used gtt managed services since last 2 years now only good thing abt them is customer service quality never been downgraded by anyone ever!
