The HDMI connector to the display came loose immediately after repeated use. The HDMI cable is not firmly and securely plugged into the monitor port. You plug it in, the display works fine, and after a few seconds the cable is lost, the connection drops, and you have to wiggle the cable connector to try to get the display working again. This is one of those cases where you have to constantly flick, unplug, and plug the cord and plug back and forth to try to reestablish an unreliable connection that just drops again after a few minutes or seconds. This is very frustrating. Otherwise, the display itself is functional, but what's the point if the port is of poor quality and you can't get a reliable connection. It's not worth it. The seller also did not respond to my support request.
