The HDMI connector to the display came loose immediately after repeated use. The HDMI cable is not firmly and securely plugged into the monitor port. You plug it in, the display works fine, and after a few seconds the cable is lost, the connection drops, and you have to wiggle the cable connector to try to get the display working again. I bought Ananta when it was on Kickstarter and my dad was very jealous! Perfect! A 17.5 inch touchscreen that connected to my laptop with just a USB-C cable. When Father's Day was over, I knew I had to get my dad something very similar to mine. I ordered one from Revain and it was really cheap, the picture quality was blurry and I knew it wouldn't last long. I got this screen and I knew right away we had a winner. The monitor is well made. Now for the bad comments. This monitor's brightness and color reproduction is mediocre at best. After a little more than two years of light use, the graphics card inside already fails. Flashes continuously and goes out. Ports, both HDMI ports and USB-C ports, cannot be securely fastened. Buying this product comes with 90 days of free technical support. I had to use it to find out details about the charger and which port on the charger to use. One port has 18W output power and the other port has standard USB power delivery. .The monitor does not have a power button, but will go to sleep mode when no input is received.

While I would definitely say that this monitor is overpriced, it's a solid monitor that's very portable and has colors and image quality that are worth picking up. Very dark even when plugged in. It also has very poor color accuracy. The "suitcase" that holds it is also not of very good quality. It is very weak and doesn't stay in place for more than a few minutes. I return it the same day I received it.

Worked well - lightweight, easy to set up, with good inputs. There was one annoying feature, a "screen saver" that would light up in several different colors - it later turned out that it could be turned off with one of the menu prompts. Then suddenly one day it stopped working - both HDMI and USB-C inputs.

UPDATE: Ignore this review. It worked with a dual HDMI converter. For some reason the HDMI to USB-C converter didn't work. It worked on my other monitors though. Maybe it's only one way. I am disappointed in this product. I bought it to use with Chromecast and it doesn't work! I can connect my laptop just fine, but Chromecast doesn't show up. And the description says nothing about it. This is a very common use case for external monitors. I'm mad they didn't say it in detail.

I bought it at the end of December and started using it in February. i love the size The mini HDMI cable seems cheap and doesn't work well so I ordered another cable. Came out the metal around the input not connecting, looks like a short circuit. Brightness is questionable. I am waiting for a response from the company on what we can do to resolve this issue.
