A bit small and without a dial
The lipstick itself is not bad, but the tube is very small. What's worse, to get more lip balm you don't swipe it like most lip balms, you just squeeze it. The first time I did this, I squeezed the entire piece of lip balm out of the tube onto the floor. If you push too hard (and you will), it's very difficult to get back up, so you can put the cap back on without making a mess.
