WLAN driver installed and successfully tested. After six separate attempts to install the Bluetooth 5.0 drivers, all attempts were unsuccessful. Asus phone support was unable to resolve this issue over the phone within an hour. The technician recommended replacing it with another new Asus card at Revain. I will not do this because Asus support has provided conflicting and conflicting information on the four contacts. I was told that bluetooth 5.0 is backwards compatible with 4.x. After all, I think there is an incompatibility between the Intel Bluetooth 5 drivers for Windows and my Bose QC 35 II Wireless Headphones. If that was the case, Asus didn't know about it. I have over 12 years of experience as an architect and LAN administrator, so this wasn't my first rodeo.
