Perfect fit for my 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS

My pickup truck's headlights were fogged up and dirty inside after 15 years. I installed them to pair with ZonCar 9005/HB3 9006/HB4 LED headlights and replaced the high/low beam halogen headlights while I was there. The quality seems to be good. The improvement in appearance was significant, and with cleaner reflectors and lenses and much brighter white bulbs, the improvement in nighttime performance was significant. I noticed a lot more light on the sides in dim mode, which is great for 90 degree turns on dark, rainy nights. My flashlights have red/amber lenses on the sides just because I got the original equipment. If I were to do it again I would order a lamp with transparent sides to enhance this effect even more. I got a lot lighter on the road. This was very noticeable in the reflections from the street signs, which were almost unbearably bright. I certainly have no problem looking at them. Generally, as the road got lighter, I was able to lower the headlights a bit to protect oncoming drivers. These lights are adjustable with a Phillips screwdriver. The headlights fitted the car without modification, although the fit was very tight. Before installation, it is worth cleaning the vehicle's mounting rods from dirt and/or corrosion with steel wool or fine sandpaper and, if necessary, lubricating them with a thin layer of grease, soapy water or similar.
