Excellent Product, Fantastic Support Team

Customer Service is top notch! I know they are so busy with their holiday rush that it can be hard to get help but you do have people around if needed!! There's just not much else about this app as far has functionality goes - no better or worse than any other software out there (maybe easier!). The customer support team will answer questions quickly via email/phone call when issues arise & make sure your issue gets addressed immediately. Just go ahead w them-you won't regret buying from these guys. ! We're looking at using more of our business apps in one place instead doing things manually through spreadsheets etc.-> great way t save time by having everything done within 1 platform rather then managing multiple systems separately. !! Also we'll eventually look into adding some additional features such an RFQs creation ect.. If anyone was concerned how easy Ebs would run up charges.
