Excellent product for those who need job control over shipping services

The ease of use is great! I can do so much with this software from an end user perspective. We are able to track our customers' orders in real time which has been very helpful when we have had issues or questions regarding their order status. It also allows us to keep up-to-date information about customer's jobs as well. There really isn't anything that I dislike at all about this program. If you're looking into purchasing any type of tracking software it would be worth your while to consider…

  • Lots o options for customization.
  • Customer service support staff available via phone, email & chat if needed (and they respond quickly)
  • Great product works exactly how one should expect such things work; nothing more/less than expected :)

Simple Software That Makes Everything Easy

The ease of use with this software is amazing! Every function within it can be easily accessed by typing in what you are looking to do into google or other search engines (website). There isn't much that I dislike about EBN next but if there was anything then its probably how easy they make making changes when needed without having access to someone who knows more than me at all times. This platform has made managing our fleet so efficient and simple which allows us as workers/managers to spend

  • You don’t need any technical knowledge whatsoever just follow step bystep instructions, enter data once for everything done automatically.
  • No expensive licenses required; only free version available
  • Includes full GIS mapping capabilities

Excellent Product, Fantastic Support Team

Customer Service is top notch! I know they are so busy with their holiday rush that it can be hard to get help but you do have people around if needed!! There's just not much else about this app as far has functionality goes - no better or worse than any other software out there (maybe easier!). The customer support team will answer questions quickly via email/phone call when issues arise & make sure your issue gets addressed immediately. Just go ahead w them-you won't regret buying from these
