Excellent product for those who need job control over shipping services
The ease of use is great! I can do so much with this software from an end user perspective. We are able to track our customers' orders in real time which has been very helpful when we have had issues or questions regarding their order status. It also allows us to keep up-to-date information about customer's jobs as well. There really isn't anything that I dislike at all about this program. If you're looking into purchasing any type of tracking software it would be worth your while to consider eBNext. Tracking jobs and keeping up-to-date records with our customers.

- Lots o options for customization.
- Customer service support staff available via phone, email & chat if needed (and they respond quickly)
- Great product works exactly how one should expect such things work; nothing more/less than expected :)
