It took me three days to charge the watch while on vacation to find that a common problem is that you have to be very careful when you dock the watch on the charger and balance with the strap so the watch does not pull the weight, if there is even a slight pressure or the watch strap is not resting on the top of the charger, the weight of the watch and strap will cause it bottom of watch to trigger. Charge the charger and stop charging. This was very frustrating, especially when traveling when there wasn't always the best place to charge my devices. After a frustrating few days of trying different chargers, batteries, etc., I figured out the problem listed above. I decided to return it when I got back from vacation. I'm still looking for a good Apple Watch travel charger.
