Stops working after 2 months. First the one on the right stopped glowing, and now none of them are working. UPDATED: This company has gone above and beyond to support their product. I did not return the item as it was well outside the return window when I had problems. But after I read about my problem, their representatives contacted me. Unfortunately, the e-mails ended up in spam. But they didn't stop helping. They moved over and over again. One day a few months later, while checking my spam folder for something irrelevant, I saw her emails. I returned one thinking it was unlikely they would still be willing to help months later. NOT CORRECT. They responded almost immediately and I had a replacement within a few days. I can only say wow. Possibly the best customer service I've ever had!
