Good, stable results

Open Avid fitness enthusiast and bodybuilder for over 10 years. At this time I try almost every brand or strain of pre-workout. I've certainly developed my favorite brands and also generally developed a high tolerance for most. Outcome I try to diversify my choices and uses from time to time. I've been using this pre-workout for about a week and a half and I'm very happy with the results. i follow dr Jim and the JYM product have been for many years now. She is a qualified medical professional who provides proven ingredients and solid scientific evidence. From his workouts to his product line, I'm sure I use everything. The strawberry pineapple flavor is great with no lime or nasty aftertaste. This makes the water very light and falls very gently. During the hour and a half that I spent in the gym, I noticed a constant flow of energy. And I don't have to worry about crashing afterwards. I deliver solid performance throughout my workout without the itchiness or nasty side effects that some people experience with other brands. Whether you are trying a pre-workout for the first time or someone like me who is also used to many of them, this brand is worth trying.

Pros
  • Mental focus. Caffeine and Huperzine A have been suggested to naturally improve mental focus. You'll feel super "in the zone" and ready to finish your workout. Pre JYM isn't loaded with stimulants that make you tremble, make you explode, and make you crash.
