Pants are baggy. In a time when kids only wear skinny jeans, tights or ripped jeans, these baggy pants didn't sit well with my daughter. They are very dark blue, almost black, but still match the school uniform so no complaints. previously we tried size 16 and it was incredibly tight in the hips. So we got this size 18 and it's very roomy, not the best but it works. Maybe a wash or two will make them a little smaller.
