The ability to store all of our documents, which are then searchable by any member or employee who needs access at that time; we can create as many categories/folders within this program than there really need too be! We don't have much problems with it so far but I am sure if you do they will help solve your problem quickly!! As an admin i use coafir mainly because its easy enought ot organize my files using folders etc - plus being able to send emails directly from programs like outlook wouldnt work without extra cost software such as hotmail ect.
