I was looking for a glove to wear in the car or outside, which doesn't let cold air and warm air through. in a single layer or a thin cotton layer with a thin outer layer that is more fashionable than functional. These gloves have a soft, warm fleece inner layer and a thicker wool outer layer. They also have a snug fitting cuff around the wrist. It keeps my fingers warm and toasty. I got the "sensor" gloves because they didn't cost that much money and if they worked they would be handy. I don't find the touch function that reliable, which is why I gave it 4 stars. But that's not what makes me uncomfortable.
