Received my pillows today, completely flat. I didn't know how to loosen them up. I saw someone put them in the dryer. So here's how mine came out. I will update when I test them. Update July 24, 2020 I really like these pillows. I was a bit skeptical based on some of the reviews but I was able to get them down to a consistent thickness that works for me.
