This was fairly easy to install just using an electric drill to drill holes for the molybdenum screws. I'm not very good with this type of setup, but I was able to get the lights on and working in a relatively short amount of time. At the same time, I ordered dimmable LED bulbs and had no flickering problems. An additional charging station by the bed is very practical. I chose this route because my bedside lamp used to be a beautiful (and expensive) Tiffany style lamp that one of my cats knocked on and damaged so I couldn't fix it - the replacement bedside lamp was an odd touch lamp . I inherited it from my mother - the cats really liked it and over time one of the cats started turning on the light several times a night. The touch lamp had to be removed, but I didn't want another lamp that the cats would try to knock over. You don't seem to notice the lamp attached to the wall. And the light is warm, suitable for both reading and other things. All in all it was a good buy.
