I stumbled across this after adding DEEPCOOL Assassin III to my shopping cart and deciding to give it one last look. I was hesitant but after reading some reviews about the brand I decided to take a chance as it was very well thought out. I'm glad I did this because it works better than I expected from DEEPCOOL Assassin. I'm running a Ryzen 5 3600 in a poorly ventilated Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 case that was idling in the 50 degree plus range with a Hyper 212 EVO. Right now I'm idling in the 31-33c range, which is well below anything I could hope for in this case. I haven't played games to speed it up, but edited a video where the CPU was stuck at 100% for over 12 hours. The temperature rose to 69 degrees. I've been using the 3rd fan since my be quiet! The SILENTWINGS fan on the old radiator is less than 6 months old. Thought I'd order a few more of these as one comment said the fans were noisy. The fan on my Seasonic Focus Gold Plus PSU is louder than the radiator fans, so replacing it won't help. Installation couldn't be easier and can be done without removing anything. Each kit comes with two pieces for either AMD or Intel that attach to the current bracket with two screws on each side, so there is no back plate as you will be using the one currently installed. 20 seconds or less after attaching you just peel off the plastic, add the thermal paste that came with the kit (can't comment on the quality as I used my own), add 1 screw per side and you're done. Attach fans that snap easily into place and you're done. On an AMD ATX board it only takes a few minutes including removing the current cooler and cleaning the old paste from start to finish. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a high performance cooler.
