I am currently using this to extend my valve index from my computer room to my living room so I have lots and lots of room to play. I recommend pairing this with an active DisplayPort connector or repeater or whatever you want to call it, but you definitely want to get active. If you don't take action and try to extend 75 feet for your valve index, you will start seeing small white bright features. I don't see any bright weight features, but over time, if the cable is likely to settle or whatever, eventually the white dots in the active adapter will take care of it.
