Review on πŸ‘” Black Men's Accessories for Belts - Titan Belt by Thomas Bates by Theodore Huynh

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Revised - Long Term Review - Reduced Product Quality

Revised Review - April 2019 - Two Stars Unfortunately, the latest version of this belt is of lower quality. I will not buy this belt again. See my video review for more information. This isn't a five year old belt anymore. Old rating - from 2014 - five stars. Most leather belts these days are poorly made. Within two days of wearing the outer plastic coating around the end of the strap that enters the buckle was worn away. Worse, if you sweat at all, the dye used to make the belt will cover the waistband area of your pants with the dye that is on the inside of the belt. Belt coating particles end up scraping off or appearing on your clothing. It's embarrassing that manufacturers of leather belts can get away with pretending they're making a useful product. What happened to decently made leather belts? This strap is nylon, but it's a decent strap. If you sweat, the pants will not be colored. Still looks good after wearing it for a few days. This would be good for those who have to go through a metal detector on a daily basis. The inside of the belt is black instead of olive as shown in the picture, but this in no way detracts from the belt's usefulness or attractiveness. This strap measures exactly 48.5 inches from the edge of the buckle to the end of the tail. If you have trouble with a long tail hanging from the end of a belt, you can always trim the tail to fit. You'll need to use a special heated cutting tool to ensure the end doesn't fray when you cut it off. If your waist is 36 inches or more, you could probably live with what it is. If your waist is 44 inches or larger, this belt will be too small for you.
