They helped me with this. Admittedly it's been almost 110 days since I bought this GPS "updated". Used once on a trip to Virginia immediately after purchase. Last week he was deployed again for the same trip and almost survived because his wife was stranded. I requested a refund because the updated device didn't work and was refused because it passed the 90 day warranty. It seems easy enough to just send me another "updated" as this one hasn't been fixed yet. then fix it again. Nuff said will not buy from seller or remanufacture device. I do not deserve it
