The only thing that is really annoying is the screw cap. It's very easy to remove, otherwise it works great. I constantly have to tighten the little knob at the top before using it. Fine if you need a quick pepper grinder, but I wouldn't recommend it. I'm always afraid it will fall off and get into my food. Update: The inner piece of metal keeps falling off causing the pepper mill to not work. I have to open it and pour everything into a bowl to get the metal. It's such a disappointment. I do not recommend.
