Review on πŸ‘„ Dr. Dan's Cortibalm – Healing Lip Balm for Severely Chapped Lips – 1 Pack for Men, Women, and Children by Brenda Quiroz

Not good. Beauty and body care

be careful with it. I loved it and swore it was the only thing that worked/healed my lips. It was recommended to me by my dermatologist after complaining of dry lips. I used it for about 2 years because nothing helped. Every time I tried a new lip balm, my lips burned and became terribly dry. I realized that cortibalm was addicting me to hydrocortisone and was actually hurting my lips (darker lips and thinner skin) leading me to believe I needed more just to keep the viscous cycle going. I was finally able to give up everything and switch to natural lip care. It was hard because my lips felt like they needed cortibalm and I couldn't live without it, but with persistence I was able to stop. I did more research and learned about the dangers of too much hydrocortisone on sensitive skin like lips, so I'd skip it, although it might be "nice" to use.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • infinitely slow
