No battery indicator 🎲

This is hardly a normal microphone. It adds audio for your camera depending on your camera or recorder. It worked fine with my GoPro, but other than that it didn't really matter. This will slightly reduce ambient noise. The sound is reasonably clear, there were no intrusive noises, it wasn't tinny. It's mono, not stereo, and the audio recording level range is short. You should be pretty close to him. Sometimes it feels like making a phone call. I have found that the normal setting lowers the sound level compared to the built-in microphones and reduces ambient noise. Tele mode made the sound a bit louder, but not by much. But what really annoys me is the lack of a battery level indicator. You have to look at the selector to know if it's on or off, and guess if the battery is dead, and unless you're carrying around a voltmeter you'll have no idea. That's a big mistake. Anything that runs on battery, you need to know when it needs to be replaced. A simple LED would solve this problem. It is assumed that you can use electricity from the socket, but without a battery it will not work. Thus, there is no nutritional versatility. The build quality is good. It's not cheap and it's not all plastic. Comes with foam sleeve and dead cat. 2 sets of cords, one short at 3 or 4 feet and the other fairly long at 12+ feet? Didn't measure 2 different microphone mounts either. I am annoyed by the lack of a battery indicator and it does not work as described with a plug-in power supply. I only recommend this mic if you need a mic in a situation where you know it can be destroyed and you don't care.
