Great for gates and gate extensions
I use this extension to get a full 59" width. It works great, but you should be aware that using all sorts of extensions weakens the entire gate system a bit. I have a big dog and small kids that showed up which made the gate wobble so I actually tied a small board to the bottom to reinforce the whole thing (I'm talking 90 lbs. Lab!). I am very happy with my purchase and will purchase more if needed.
