Savior for the disabled.
It was very basic so my husband's shirts instead of buttons. Since shirts never unravel, instead of sewing them between layers of fabric, I sewed a magnet where the button used to be, then sewed the appropriate magnet to the bottom of the buttonhole on the front of the shirt, and sewed the button on at the top. Ribbons. The end result is a regular shirt that closes itself. This has certainly made my life easier and allowed me to continue to take care of myself.
