I bought this to share my monitor and mouse/keyboard with my work laptop and personal PC. I really wanted it to work and it was great on day one. The remote switch is a great feature compared to similar desktop KVMs as it allows you to hide the clutter it creates out of sight. Also, this thing is small, so it shouldn't be too roomy wherever you put it. However, the four USB ports on the front stopped working after the first day of use. I keep getting "USB device not recognized". It's drawing power from one of the USB connections to the PC so I unplugged and plugged everything back in to troubleshoot. When I finally plugged the USB part into my work laptop, it caused a BSOD. At this point I dug it up and initiated a return. It's a shame because if this product worked properly it would make my homework a lot easier.
