Review on ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Enhance your Indoor Air Quality with WSTA Portable Ozone Generator: Perfect for Home, Room, Office, and Hunting by Kim Gilbert

Works perfectly! As long as it isn't.

Liked its ability to release ozone through water, which allowed us to use leftover economic poison (the government's own term for agricultural pesticides found in all "food" of US industrial agriculture). oxidize and begin to destroy any mold or bacteria that lead to food spoilage. As a result, we can eat fruit and vegetables again without poisoning ourselves, and they last longer in the refrigerator without spoiling. The pump output pressure is sufficient to move the aerator to a depth that will allow it to function from the bottom of a 5 gallon container filled with reverse osmosis/deionized water, but we typically use 10 liters of water. stainless steel bowls for this purpose. for your information; For indoor use we also have a charcoal filter trap that fits over a bowl or bucket and absorbs excess ozone that doesn't react with the organics inside. This is very important because breathing ozone, or just too much of it into the atmosphere, is definitely harmful to living things, like human lungs and the like. Without the pneumatic stone and hose nozzle, it also did a great job eliminating odors in vehicles, such as the back of our van after we picked up groceries. The resulting ozone cannot get into every nook and cranny or get under items, but it does provide a little extra layer of protection before you proceed to process the bags to finish wiping and cleaning with other sanitizers. We typically run the ozone generator in our van with all the groceries laid out on trays (which we do when loading them with gloves and a mask at the curbside pickup point) for an hour. An hour later everything is turned around (again with gloves and masks) and it's off again. After that, everything is wiped down with bleach or ethanol, depending on the packaging, or sprayed with a spray bottle of the same (of course - don't spray bleach on raw food, but ethanol is grain alcohol for beverages, so it just evaporates). All groceries are then transported to our open kitchen and subjected to a bubbling ozone bath before being sent to our backup fridge (which is sanitized between loads). Excess? Possibly, but we are shopping and sharing with our like-minded neighbors who have also remained isolated for the past two months and neither of us have had symptoms so to the best of our knowledge the anecdotal evidence is strong enough to proceed. do what seems to work. This particular device worked so well and proved so effective that we bought one for each of our adult children and a couple of friends. After reading the warnings in other owners' reviews and realizing that this is anything but a commercial product, we have always treated it with the utmost care, particularly when connecting the supplied silicone tubing that connects the air stone. Given that the device likely produces ozone using a small arc generator (similar to the one we use in our hot tub, only smaller and lighter), we also assumed it wasn't designed to withstand shocks such as being dropped or dropped to resist from a wall mount, so we've always tried not to compromise it. The arc generation method is based on maintaining a fixed distance between the conductors so that a small spark can be created in the column of air, creating charged oxygen, which is ozone. Some simplification of the intended process going on in this particular device, but the other method uses UV lamps which steadily deteriorate over their use so it appears to work the same as the first. Unfortunately, despite all the extra care and handling, we have started to fail these devices. The first just wouldn't turn on after about 6 months, and the last one started getting very hot after only 30 minutes of use. Another started the same after running for an hour, during which time the screen appeared to have melted in on itself, rendering it unreadable. Although this third faulty facility continued to produce ozone, the increased heat leaves us with no desire to preempt fate and possibly start an electrical fire, so in the near future I will be weeding out these faulty autopsy facilities and attaching this review with all conclusions. After all, the same device was, or has been, offered by multiple resellers in the past, and before Trump's scourge they cost about a third of their current price, so I used to consider them fair value if they only lasted a few years, but add price and consideration Since their end of life sometimes involves an overheating situation that seems to be a major fire hazard, I would recommend looking elsewhere and avoiding it altogether. If you already have one I would absolutely limit it to outdoor use, hooked up to an arc proof circuit breaker and only where you can keep an eye on it without sharing an enclosed space.
