The best thing I liked about this software was its compatibility with many other softwares which makes my work easy in managing visitors to different facilities/buildings etc at one place easily without any hassle or confusion (like keeping track of various types of badges). As far as technical support goes then they are very good but sometimes when you have an issue regarding their product there's no help from them because once your ticket gets closed still nothing happens after sometime so keep away if you don't want anything bad happening! Make use of all these features available here especially make sure u check out badge printer option & visitor management section too since those two things will be helpful while dealing people visiting our office!! It helps me manage visits by employees who come into building daily basis alongwith making attendance report easier than ever before using this wonderful application and also allows us tracking each employee individually through his visit history feature provided within.
