Doesn't work properly

For many years I took tongkat ali with me in different companies. Initially this TA worked for 3 days. Then I noticed a decrease in the effect. I ended up having to start taking a double dose to get any effect as my sex drive was oddly decreasing. Wife. Strange product. Not like other tongkat ali and not in a good way.
