-- Works well, and it's very convenient that the USB ports are on a bracket so I don't have to worry about carrying adapters from room to space to haul. My phone can charge fast so it's great to have a connector that automatically detects this. The oval shape and colored side panel make the design appear softer than the average surge protector in my opinion. It's a good-looking, sleek design that's not overbearing either. I have the ones with gray sides - medium grey, very neutral. The top is bright white. A good protective feature is the "locks" under the surface of each standard outlet, covering any unused outlet. It's advertised as kid safe, but I keep the strip on my kitchen counter and love that it also keeps dirt out of outlets. The shutters are sky blue, bright enough to be seen but not so bright as to be noticeable. So far, I am very satisfied.
