Tech support was a pleasure to work with and they sent me another one. Checked if everything works. The second is now cloudy. both in no time. otherwise, if they work, they're great. They stand behind what they sell and they send me camera #3. Support time was easily accessible and quickly helped me take care of myself. The question is, would I buy from them again? YES, they care about the customer.
