Well it's round, it's the right size, it appears to have an anti-corrosion coating and it hasn't been on hand and foot. works for me I've had Convert-a-Ball stainless steel on my truck for over a decade. When I got into the jeep and lifted it up, I needed a hitch. This adapter allowed me to use a 3/4 shank in a 1" coupler hole. The fit was perfect.
