Brittle Chinese Steel

The only reason I gave these 2 stars is for the price and availability, otherwise it would be zero. Remember that the mandrel will bend and break if you put too much pressure on it or if you aren't faithful to the nuts. The steel on mandrels of this and other sizes is typically inferior Chinese black steel. I'm looking for a product made in the USA!
