I am retired and feel like I have to carry my cell phone with me at all times. I am active, walk a lot and do other things around the house and in the yard. I wear sweatpants that rarely have a pocket. I only ordered it to take my phone with me. It worked great. I wore it for walks, mowing lawns, watering flowers and many other chores around the house. It worked great. I never dropped my phone and my kids could reach me anytime they wanted. I would recommend it.
