Wow, DJI really sucks on the OM5. This product is absolutely useless. Nothing went as expected when I did the initial setup. Right after turning it on, it started vibrating like crazy for a full 3-4 seconds. Thought it was ok at first, so I checked. The device didn't connect to DJI Mimo via the Play Store (I have S21 Ultra BTW), I had to go to the DJI website and download the APK. While I was able to "pair" the device with it, the light on the device was still flashing "green" meaning it was idle despite actually using it. When I tried to use the gimbal (pulled the trigger) it vibrated like crazy for 3-4 seconds, just like when I first started it. After it stopped I got a notification that the stabilizer was overheating. Everything I tried to get this damn thing to work resulted in the gimbal overheating. Is this a software issue or a fundamental hardware issue? I have no idea. What I do know for sure is that this OM5 is completely useless. In researching this question, I see that others are having similar issues. I've also heard that trying to contact DJI to fix an issue is a waste of time, so I won't even try. Shit because I need that stabilizer to work. Looks like I'll get my money back.
