True expert partners and consultants when building complex integrations
The team at tectonic is extremely knowledgable, friendly & professional! They are always willing to work with our needs/requirements as they evolve over time - even if those changes require some serious thought or change in approach (which we appreciate!). If you want true experts who can handle your technical implementation challenges from concept development through post-migration support this is THE firm for it!! Highly recommend them. Our organization uses sales force automation tools primarily but also has an extensive suite of custom apps developed by us that integrate into SFDC via connectors. We've been working closely with their teams since day 1 which really sets them apart from others in terms of long term commitment.

- Their focus was clear early enough along my project planning process so I knew where each step fit within overall direction; plus when something did become more difficult than anticipated there were several folks available immediately whose skillset helped me overcome obstacles quickly without rework required.very responsive client service experience throughout whole engagement period..and just great people across entire operation including customer success managers providing
