Well, I've always used Aveeno Lavender Soothing Lotion for my son (16 months) and it's always worked well, but I wanted to try the new night lotion because I felt like he did Aveeno was used to, so it didn't help him relax. I got this lotion and at first I really wanted to use it that I couldn't wait to say bedtime so I smeared it on right before bed and he woke up ten minutes later, I burst into tears. he never did. His skin looked amazing but of course I would think it was lotion because he's never done it before and it's the only new thing in his daily routine so I gave him a bath in the evening and thought WHY NOT TRY AGAIN . I put it on him and then started putting him to sleep and he was about to fall asleep but then he just started screaming/crying like the worst thing I've ever heard him do. bucket of water and began to wash off the lotion. I thought maybe he didn't like the smell? He has a super super strong smell of tea tree oil/chemicals or I thought maybe his skin tingles or something but he hates it. I think he just has sensitive skin because I mean those two coincidences right after I put this on are crazy. Well I'm afraid to use it again so it will be in the drawer lol
